I have yellow grass! Yellow grass stains can be caused by a number of things, including but not limited to your dogs diet. Please PLEASE read this article. http://www.paghat.com/dogpee.html The dogs urine/waste may acquire acid from some kinds of dog food as well as OVER treatment by your lawn care company. I see some yards treated twice a month! That is just too much and very unhealthy for your dog. There are also some foods we recommend, which are not only healthier for your dog, but can help with the brown spots.
We own and show pure breed dogs. We do NOT put lawn chemicals in our yard where our dogs are. We may have some weeds, but we do NOT have brown spots. There are natural ways to keep your lawn green and weed free. Our dogs are more important then our lawn.

- Dogs in the yard: I prefer not to have the dog in the yard for safety and security, your dog is there to protect your family and I respect that. If your dog is use to strangers and has no problem with me being there, then I have no problem either. This is for your dogs safety and mine.
- Locked Gates: During a scheduled service day, please have any gates to your yard unlocked or a key available. If I can't gain access to your yard, there will be a $5.00 missed visit fee. If there is two or more missed visits due to locked gates, or dogs in the yard, the full service rate will be charged. If you need to re-schedule a service day, please call at least one day ahead so we can set up another day.
- Holidays: I do not work on the following holidays; New Years day, Memorial Day, Independance Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day or day after, and Christmas Day. If your scheduled day falls on a holiday, service will be done the day before or after if possible.
- Billing: An invoice is sent at the end of the month and payment is due 15 days from invoice date or postmarked by that date. I accept personal checks, or money orders. Please do not send cash. I do not accept credit cards at this time but you can pay on-line using PayPal. You can access the page from the menu. You do not need a PayPal account if using a credit card. Payments not received by the end of the billing month, or 2 weeks after, service will be suspended until paid. Rate fees may be added for those visits missed due to suspended service for non payment.
- Bad weather: Heavy rain, lightning, ice, or if snow gets too deep, service will be made up on the next available day or next scheduled day. There will be no extra charge if I do make an attempt but can't scoop due to weather or if I need to wait until the following week.
- Yard condition: Tall grass, rocky areas, yard debris, and heavy leaf coverage may hamper my scooping efforts. Return trips will not be made for missed waste due to these conditions. I will make every effort to do my best under these conditions however. I do not scoop under trampolines, decks, or under trees which require crawling back into for insurance reasons.
- Sprinker systems: Just about every web site on this tipic says to water your lawn twice a day. Early morning before sunrise and late evening are the best times because you will lose less water to evaporation. If your system is runing durning a scooping visit, and I can't get to your yard, the full rate will be charged with a notice as to why.
