Rates are based on number of dogs, not lot size unless it's over an acre.
I reserve the right to cancel based on late payments, yard condition, or dogs behavior
- 3 months (12 cleanings), pre-pay get 10% discount
(based on one visit per week)
- There is a minimum initial clean up charge of $32.00 for waste that is currently in a yard that has not been cleaned in the past month. For accumulated waste 2 months or more an additional charge may be needed. I can give an estimate once I arrive. Initial clean up charges are due on same day I start.
- Payment can be made with check/MO or through PayPal.
- I send out invoices at the end of each month for regular service. Invoices can be sent postal or e-mailed to you in a pdf file. To receive pdf file invoices, please provide e-mail address.

There is a 10% discount for service dogs, seniors and
employee’s of State Farm in select areas for all services.

I also provide a weekly pail change option for those who need to clean up on a daily basis. I’ll remove the waste from the pail and replace the bag. Pail is provided if you need it.
